Stan Jaeger and his wife, Loye, moved to ArrowCreek in 2014 after a career in Medical Physics in the Midwest. After growing up in Las Vegas, he wanted to return to his home state of Nevada, and Reno was the ideal spot to plant themselves with the ideal weather and outdoor activities. In ArrowCreek, Stan has been active on the Residence Center Task Group and the Communications Committee. He will also be joining the Safety Committee.
Stan is active with the men’s tennis group and is an active skier. “Some days you can actually play tennis in the morning and ski in the afternoon. It doesn’t get any better than that”.
You can find him frequently walking his two Australian Shepherds on Winding Ridge or at the Residence Center Park with the other dog owners.
Margaret is a native of Reno. A few years after she and her husband, Don, were married, they moved to a warmer climate and spent 32 years in Las Vegas, where they raised their 2 children. About 12 years ago, Margaret returned to Northern Nevada and moved to ArrowCreek.
Margaret is a UNR graduate with a BS in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Counseling. She worked in management in the State Mental Health System for over 17 years, before assuming ownership and operation of a large Assisted Living Community in Las Vegas, where she worked for 25 years.
Firmly committed to "giving back and supports the Northern Nevada Food Bank, Soulful Seeds, Our Place and the Eddy House.
Margaret is an active tennis player and also enjoys pickleball, golf, and hiking.
Bill retired in Reno after an executive leadership career in consumer electronics design/manufacturing and green technology. Originally hailing from Northern California, Bill moved to Arrowcreek in 2018 after meeting his wife Robin, an ArrowCreek resident since 2004.
Bill brings with him the experiences of managing large budgets and on-time projects in design and manufacturing disciplines. He has worked all over the globe, and maintains a private consulting firm to this day.
Bill likes to keep active in exploring the history of the Nevada desert, works on restoration projects for antique vehicles, and has built an art car for Burning Man. Bill and Robin have six children and six grandchildren between them and enjoy family gatherings and camping trips and is a licensed private pilot.
Paul has been a resident of ArrowCreek since 2001 when he and his wife Carolyn bought their home on Nambe Drive.
They were drawn to the views but stayed for the lifestyle. Carolyn is a CPA and active quilter. Together they have owned and operated several insurance agencies over the years. Paul has been an insurance company underwriter, insurance agent, insurance broker, risk management consultant and an insurance expert witness that used his professional with multiple credentials.
Paul is committed to making the greater ArrowCreek community the best in Northern Nevada. Paul has been an active member of our Arrowcreek Community for over seventeen (17) years.
He has servedon many ArrowCreek boards and committees.
Caryn Olson and her husband Karl, moved to ArrowCreek spring of 2018 after retiring from a 32 year career with Nestle USA. They chose ArrowCreek because of the natural beauty, access to outdoor activities and small town feel of Reno. They have 3 grown children and one grandson living in different cities.
Caryn and her husband are currently volunteers in the community as CASAs (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children) and support the Eddy House. Earlier last year she became a member of the ACHOA Reserve Committee.
Ron and Susan Duncan bought their lot on Nambe Drive in 2000, in anticipation of retirement from the Defense Electronics world. Ron managed and maintained budgets, which involved tracking them against forecasted values, on programs/projects ranging in value from $100,000 to $10,000,000. They completed their home in 2004 and commuted every two weeks from Long Beach to ArrowCreek until 2012, when they moved to ArrowCreek full time.
Community Service is a driving factor in Ron’s dedication to our community. As a member of the ArrowCreek Architecture Design Review Committee (ADRC), he has assisted the Board of Directors in maintaining community values. As a member of the Governing Documents Committee, he worked to ensure legally compliant updates to our ACHOA CC&Rs and By-Laws for all owners. Also, as a member of the Safety Committee, he has been working with others to rectify and correct operational deficiencies learned from the Davis Fire and Callahan incident and evacuations.
Ron enjoys challenges, data analysis and railroad operations.
Mike Henry and his wife, Tasha, moved to ArrowCreek in 2021. Mike retired at the end of 2022 from a high tech business career.
His passion is snow skiing, but also enjoys mountain biking, stand-up paddling, lifting weights, and hiking/walking with his wife.
They have 2 adult boys living in Montana and Florida. (Mike and Tasha are both originally from Florida).
They choose ArrowCreek for it’s amazing views, location to the mountains and lake, peaceful neighborhood and gated community.
Mike plans to use a common sense approach to balance the need to maintain and improve our ArrowCreek “value” with the desire to keep our monthly dues down.
