TEMPERATURES
Daily winter temperatures average around 45°F with the coldest month being January. In the summer, highs can reach the high 90s°F.
SNOWFALL
Snow will cover the community at times during the winter. The HOA works to clear the roads with each snow event. Average for the area will reach 15 inches of measurable snow each season (November - April).
MICROCLIMATES
Inside the gates the community features two distinct growing zones as well as a number of microclimates due to elevation changes that range from 5,060 over 6,100 feet.
TRAIL SYSTEM
